(Source) A bachelor party in Aurora, Illinois, turned violent over the weekend, after party-goers were told the dancers had to leave, police said.
A 42-year-old man told police that he escorted a female dancer to a home in the 700 block of Donna Avenue, where a bachelor party was underway.
According to police reports, at around 1:25 a.m., the victim told the men that he and the dancer had another party to attend, and would have to leave.
The party-goers told the victim he was welcome to go, but that the female dancer had to stay, police said.
When the victim attempted to get the dancer, he was pushed out the door and punched, police said.
A man outside the home allegedly pulled out a knife, and threaten to cut off the victim’s head.
The victim said that he began to run down the street, and was chased by men throwing rocks.
Police were able to identify the man who made the alleged knife threats as 24-year-old Maxwell Walker, of Springfield.
Walker was charged with aggravated assault. Police did not find a knife when searching Walker.
